Shipping, Returns, and Refunds!
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders to ensure you have an optimal experience through our store.
What is the delivery time?
The shipping time is a maximum of 48 business hours, while the delivery time may vary between 3 to 8 business days depending on the carrier.
(However, recently delivery can take up to 21 days unfortunately due to some stock shortages and logistics issues with carriers)
What should I do if my package is still not delivered?
Use the provided tracking number to check the status of your order before contacting us. If your package happens to be lost, contact us so we can investigate as quickly as possible.
Why did I receive different packaging?
It may happen that due to stock issues, we no longer have the standard boxes available. Therefore, we send our items in different boxes.
Please also note that due to product image exposure, items may appear slightly darker or lighter than in the photos.
How do I request a return or a refund?
For any request regarding returns or refunds, simply contact us so that we can review your request as soon as possible.

Are return fees covered?
Unfortunately, due to abuse by some customers, the return fees and any additional applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in certain exceptional cases.
What should I do if you still haven't received your refund?
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact the issuer of your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted on your bank account.
If after completing all these steps you still haven't received your refund, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue.
Invoicing and Payment Methods!
Is it possible to obtain an invoice?
Of course, you will automatically receive your invoice after confirming your purchase; it will be included in the order confirmation email and available for download in PDF format.
What are the different payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Apple Pay payments.
However, we do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, or PayPal.
How do I know if my payment is secure?
When you place an order online using your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page.
It is then encrypted using SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers in any way.
